VILLAGE OF BREWSTER ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Brewster will hold a Public Hearing pursuant to Village Law Section 7-712a(7) and Village of Brewster Code Section 263-26(F) to hear the following application for 22 Eastview Avenue, 67.26-2-22. The applicant seeks a variance from the Village of Brewster Zoning Schedule for the premises located at 22 Eastview Avenue, Village Tax Map #67.26-2-22, which is located in an (R) Single Family District. A 20 (twenty) foot front-yard setback is required in said District under the Zoning Schedule. The applicant seeks relief from the Zoning Schedule to permit a 9.02-foot front-yard setback for the right side of the property and an 8.96-foot front-yard setback for the left side of the property at the aforesaid premises. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Board of Trustees of the VILLAGE OF BREWSTER will hold a Public Hearing on WEDNESDAY APRIL 14, 2021, 7:30 P.M. virtually through Zoom, the Meeting ID is 207 812 8623 and the phone number to call in to is 1-929-205-6099, to take and hear comments on the 2021-2022 Budget as proposed by the Board of Trustees. A copy of the proposed budget will be available for review by the public, at the office of the Village Clerk and on our website five (5) days prior to the public hearing. All persons wishing to be heard on the question of the adoption of the tentative budget will be provided an opportunity, as time permits.
The Village of Brewster Offices will be closing at 2:00 PM on Friday, April 2, 2021. Normal hours will resume on Monday April 5, 2021. The Village Office will reopen at 8:30 AM until 4:00 PM and the Village Court will reopen at 9:00 AM until 2 PM.
2:45 PM: A section of Carmel Avenue is currently without water but the issue will be fixed as soon as possible. This post will be updated once we receive more information.

The water bills that were due February 1, 2021 and changed to February 2, 2021, are now due on February 3, 2021. The January Monthly Refuse Bill will also be due on February 3, 2021. Below is the State of Local Emergency Snow Ordinance that is in effect until 7 AM on February 3, 2021.

There will be no parking on Village Streets between the times listed above to ensure our Department of Public Works is able to clear the roads in a timely manner for emergency vehicles.
